These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lazmi.ai, an AI-powered content generation application (the “Service”) operated by Lazmi.ai (the “Company”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update these Terms at any time with notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The Service is intended for users in the United States and other jurisdictions where applicable. If you are in the EU or UK, additional GDPR provisions apply (see Section 8).2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.You must create an account with accurate information. You are solely responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion.3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Lazmi.ai offers tiered subscriptions:• Basic: $9.99/month – Limited generations and features.• Plus: $19.99/month – Advanced features and generations.• Ultra: $39.99/month – Ultra Generations, team sharing (recommended up to 3 users).• Lifetime Promo: $28.99 one-time for the first 500 users – Unlimited access for life of the Service (individual use only, no team sharing).Payments are handled exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing (no external methods). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Cancel anytime in app store settings. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law or store policy.Lifetime Promo is non-transferable and individual-use only. Access ends if we discontinue the Service (30 days’ notice, no refunds).
Account Sharing Rules: Basic, Plus, and Lifetime plans are for individual use only (one user per account). Ultra plan allows shared account use with up to 3 people (recommended). Sharing beyond these limits is prohibited. We monitor usage patterns (e.g., IP addresses, device IDs, login frequency) and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, without refund.4. Service Use and AI Content
The Service uses third-party AI to generate content based on your inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process inputs for generation. Generated content is yours to use commercially, but we make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness for purpose. AI may produce errors, hallucinations, biased, or inappropriate content. You must review and verify all output before use.We disclaim all liability for generated content. Claims like “95% match” are based on average user feedback and not guaranteed. Prohibited: illegal use, spam, harassment, IP infringement, reverse engineering, or commercial resale without permission. We may monitor and terminate access for violations.5. Intellectual Property
You own your inputs and generated outputs. We own the Service, code, and technology. You grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use inputs (anonymized) to improve the AI.6. User Feedback and Submissions
Any feedback or suggestions you provide are non-confidential and become our property. We can use them without compensation or acknowledgment.7. Data Practices
We store necessary account data (email, subscription status) to provide the Service. Generated content and prompts are stored only if you opt in (for up to 30 days for convenience, e.g., history, edits). You can delete it anytime. Without opt-in, no content is saved beyond the current session. Data is encrypted and stored in the US. See Privacy Policy for full details.8. Service Availability & Termination
We strive for high availability but offer no uptime guarantee. We may suspend or terminate access anytime for any reason. Upon termination, access ends with no refund for unused time.9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is “as is” with no warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss or AI errors. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions — they apply to the maximum extent allowed.10. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims arising from your use, violations, or content.11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics).12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Texas law. Binding arbitration in Austin, Texas (AAA rules). No class actions. If unenforceable, Travis County courts have jurisdiction.13. Sever-ability & Waiver
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Waiver of any term doesn’t waive future enforcement.14. Export Controls
